Problem Note 10480: .NET applications may fail when using IOM methods that make use of
datetime values.
An exception may occur when a .NET application calls an IOM method that
makes use of datetime values. The problem only occurs when the call is
made to a SAS server that has been started via the DCOM protocol. The
problem will not occur when the call is made to a SAS server started
through an IOM Bridge to COM.
A commonly used IOM method that exhibits the behavior is the ListFiles
method on the IFileService interface.
