Problem Note 10442: Unable to navigate file system in Enterprise Guide.
It may not be possible to navigate the file system when connecting to a
SAS 8.2 server via the DCOM protocol from Enterprise Guide 3.0 or
higher. A Files folder should be listed under the server in the Server
List window or when trying to insert a file once a connection has been
made to a server. If the Files selection is missing, then it may be due
to a problem where datetime processing functions use VT_R8 instead of
VT_DATE.
