Problem Note 10354: ERROR: Administrator permission denied
When you use the ADMIN procedure of SAS Messaging Services to perform Queue
Administration, security IDs might be corrupted and produce the following
error message:
ERROR: Administrator Permission denied
The server side log will contain the following error:
Administrator permission denied: rejected security id = xxxxxxyy
