If you create cell splits using the SAS Campaign Management component,
the holding table names stored in the ISMGroup control table may get
transposed for the cells.  As a result, the cells will appear to have
the wrong counts.

This problem occurs when you perform actions similar to the following:

   -create a selection rule
   -create a cell split with two groups
   -run the cell split
   -save the cell split definition
   -shut down the SAS Campaign Management application
   -re-open SAS CM
   -open the cell split again
   -rename the cell split names in the column "New Cell Name"
   -run the cell split again

Now if you check the ISMGroup table and look at the holding tables for
the new groups, you will see that the holding table for the second new
cell split group has been inserted in the record for the first cell
split group and vice-versa.  For example:

   DEFID      GroupID     HoldTable      Population
    300        150         hld151fl        403
    300        151         hld150fl        396

Notice that holding table 'hld151fl' has been entered in the record for
GroupID=150, and 'hld150fl' is in the record for GroupID=151.  While the
population reported for each group is correct in the ISMGroup table,
since the wrong holding table is queried the results returned will
actually be the contents of the list for the opposing group.

There is no workaround for this problem, other than to delete the cells
and recreate them without exiting the Campaign Management application in
the meantime.
