Problem Note 153: RETURN CODE of zero if SYSIN DD references non-existent PDS member
If SYSIN DD points to a Partitioned Data Set (PDS) member which does not
exist, the following error is generated in the SAS Log:
ERROR: OPEN failed for file SYSIN. Specified member was not found.
The SAS step incorrectly completes with a RETURN CODE of 0 (zero). The
step should complete with a System Abend 013.
