Usage Note 23861: Why is my SAS library empty after assigning my libref to my DBMS server?
The library contains tables in the current schema which defaults to the user ID that is used to make the connection. Adding the schema libname option will correct this. Schema is another name for the owner.
Here is an example using SAS/ACCESS Interface® to ODBC:
Libname x odbc dsn=sqlserver uid=dbitest password=dbitest schema=dbo;
