Faculty Scholarships

Professors, instructors and adjunct faculty: You are at the forefront of talent development, and what you learn at SAS® Global Forum can benefit your students.

Expand your SAS knowledge at a conference that brings academia and industry together. You’ll have the opportunity to network with other SAS users from around the world and find out about innovative new research and applications.

Important Details

  • Ten scholarships will be awarded.
  • Scholarships include conference registration fees, meals and a tutorial session.
  • You don’t have to present to be eligible for the scholarship.

Student Scholarship Program

Develop your SAS skills, see real-world applications from various industries and learn about programs for student SAS users. The SAS® Global Forum Student Scholarship program supports students interested in attending SAS Global Forum.

Important Details

  • You do not have to present to be eligible.
  • Scholarship provides conference registration fees, a meal plan and a free pre-conference tutorial.
  • Travel and lodging is not included.

Student Ambassador Program

The SAS Student Ambassador Program is a competitive program designed to recognize students using SAS software to benefit their respective fields of study. Only a select number of students will earn this title and present at SAS Global Forum 2014. The application process is closed. Recipients will be notified by Jan. 1

Junior Professional Award

Are you a full-time SAS professional who has never attended SAS Global Forum? You may qualify for free conference registration and a pre-conference tutorial!

The SAS Global Users Group is offering Junior Professional Awards for SAS Global Forum 2014. This program is intended for those who:

  • Are full-time SAS professionals with three years or less of SAS experience at the time of the conference.
  • Have never attended a SAS Global Forum.
  • Would not otherwise be able to attend the 2014 conference without this award.

What's Covered

  • Waived conference registration fee, including conference meals (Sunday opening dinner as well as Monday and Tuesday lunches).
  • One free Pre- or Post-Conference Tutorial.

How to Apply

The application period is now closed. Up to 20 winners will be selected, and applicants will be notified by Jan.15. If you have questions, contact the Junior Professional Program Coordinator.
