Some registration packages already include the lunches and pre-conference tutorials, so make sure to double check what is in your package to ensure you get the biggest bang for your buck!

Guests ($100)
All guests must have a badge in order to attend the opening session, conference mixers on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday nights, or partake in conference breakfasts and breaks. Guest registration includes a badge for these events, drink tickets for the mixers and souvenirs. Guests cannot attend any paper presentations or enter the SAS Support and Demo Area (except during the Monday evening mixer). Guests must be registered to purchase a meal ticket.
Children
All children over two years of age must be registered as a guest and have a badge in order to attend the opening session; conference mixers on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday nights; or partake in conference breakfasts and breaks. In addition, child registrants attending extra-fee events must have their own tickets. (Note: Parents with children under two years of age are not required to purchase an additional ticket for extra-fee events.) Guests cannot attend any paper presentations or enter the SAS Support and Demo Area (except during the Monday evening mixer).
SAS Global Forum Refund, Cancellation, and Substitution Policy
To cancel your registration, please notify us in writing by April 8 to receive a full refund. After that date there will be a $100 processing fee for each cancellation. After April 22, the registration fee is nonrefundable. No refunds will be honored for the optional extra-fee events after April 8. These include meal purchases, pre-conference activities, pre-conference tutorials. Cancellation requests may be sent via e-mail to the Registrar. Please allow two to three weeks for your refund to arrive.

registration process:
Payment Guidelines
- Online registrations must be paid in full by credit card (government
organizations may pay by purchase order*). SAS Global Forum accepts American
Express, MasterCard, VISA, Discover/NOVUS and Diners Club.
- Make sure the billing address on the payment screen reflects the address
on your credit card statement. Your card will be immediately charged for your
registration fees upon hitting "Submit."
*If you are a government organization paying via purchase order, you must
fax it to SAS Global Forum upon completion of your registration. Fax number:
919.677.7844.
Discounts
- Discount Codes are entered on the Registration Summary page, just above
"Payment Method." Remember to hit the "Apply Code" button. It is possible to
apply multiple discount codes if you qualify for them.
- Global Forum attendees qualify for a 15% discount on Pre-conference SAS
Education-Related Training Courses and/or Certification Testing. To receive
this discount, select one or more of the SAS courses and/or an exam option
when registering, and enter "EDU15" in the discount code field. Remember to
hit "Apply Code."
Students
- If you are registering as a student, you must fax a copy of your student
ID or other proof of your student status upon completion of your registration.

provided by your team manager.
Important Dates
- Early registration ends March 25, 2013. You can save substantially off the registration fees by taking advantage of
the early registration discount.
- Pre-registration ends April 22, 2013. If you miss all the deadlines, just come to the conference and register on-site.
(Note: Only Package 1 is available on-site. The on-site registration fees are $995 for Business/Government; $425 for Academic; and $215 for Students. Save
money by taking advantage of early pre-registration!)
Security Information
Due to increased security measures badges must be displayed at all times while attending the
conference. Badges will be provided at registration. Please be prepared to show a photo ID.
