Disney's Magical Express (Coronado Only)

This service offers free airport shuttle service, luggage delivery and airline check-in for Disney hotel guests. The service is only valid for Orlando International Airport. This service must be booked at least 10 days prior to arrival through disneyworld.com or Disney Reservation Center by calling 407-W-DISNEY. Be sure to have your arriving and departing flight number and your arrival and departing time into and out of the Orlando International Airport. It is highly recommended that you book this service a minimum of 6 weeks in advance.

Airport/Hotel Taxi Service

The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort, Disney's Coronado Springs Resort and the Gaylord Palms are about 25 miles from the Orlando International airport and the average one-way taxi fare is $60 - $70.

Parking at the Walt Disney Swan and Dolphin Resort

The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin resorts charge $11 plus tax for each day and overnight parking. Valet parking is $18 plus tax each day and overnight. Day parking is $12 inclusive of tax for each exit. Additional charges may apply for resort guests who are not staying at the Swan and Dolphin.

Complimentary Conference Shuttle Service

Complimentary shuttle service will be provided between the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort, Coronado Springs Resort and the Gaylord Palms during the conference. Listed are dates and hours of the service.
