SAS Global Forum Refund, Cancellation, and Substitution Policy

To cancel your registration, please notify us in writing by March 14 to receive a full refund. After that date there will be a $100 processing fee for each cancellation. After March 28, the registration fee is nonrefundable. No refunds will be honored for the optional extra-fee events after March 14. These include meal purchases, pre-conference activities, pre-conference seminars and statistical tutorials. Cancellation requests may be sent via e-mail to the Registrar. Please allow two to three weeks for your refund to arrive.

If you are unable to attend, another person from your organization can attend in your place for no additional fee. Please send a written statement with substitution details to the Registrar.
