Systems Architecture & AdministrationThe presentations in Systems Architecture and Administration will cover a range of topics; the traditional issues of system tuning and configuration are always needed. The modern IT administrator has much more to deal with today, though, and there will be presentations covering grid computing, security in its many forms (including disaster recovery, single sign-on, tunneling), metadata servers and SASŪ BI servers. Expect a mix of real-world applications and experiences, together with best practices and suggested guidelines. If you are a system administrator, or are responsible for SAS tuning, configuration, migration or deployment (even without the "sysadmin" title), this section is for you.
