Online Registration Instructions
The online registration system has a number of features that we hope you will find helpful. Those features include:
- The ability to connect directly to hotel reservations at the end of your registration
- The ability to log back into the system to review or modify your registration and hotel
- Separate meal selections for each guest
Take advantage of registering online for prompt confirmation reply and payment processes. At the end of the registration, you will be prompted to book your hotel room by choosing the My Travel tab that will appear.
Please note the following before starting the registration process:
- Online registrations must be paid in full by credit card or Purchase Order. SAS Global Forum is currently accepting only the following credit cards: American Express, MasterCard, VISA, Discover/NOVUS and Diners Club. Make sure the billing address on the payment screen reflects the address on your credit card statement. If all your credit card information is correct, your card will be charged for your registration fees immediately upon hitting "Submit" on the payment page.
- Discount Codes are entered on the Registration Summary page, just above "Payment Method". Remember to hit the "Apply Code" button. It is possible to apply multiple discount codes if you qualify for them.
- Global Forum attendees are eligible for a 20% discount on Pre-conference SAS Education Related Training Courses and/or Certification Testing. In order to receive this discount, attendees must select one or more of the SAS courses and/or an exam option when registering and enter "SGF20" in the discount code field. Remember to hit "Apply Code".
- If you are paying by Purchase Order, you must fax the Purchase Order to SAS Global Forum upon completion of your registration. Fax it to: 919.677.7844.
- If you are registering as a student, you must fax a copy of your student id or other proof of your student status to 919.677.7844 upon completion of your registration.
- If you are registering as part of a team, you MUST follow the instructions provided by your team contact.
- Please remember all registration fees must be paid in full prior to the start of the conference.
- Required fields are marked with an asterisk.
Important Dates
- Early registration ends March 8, 2010. You can save substantially off the registration fees by taking advantage of the early registration discount.
- Pre-registration ends April 5, 2010. If you miss all the deadlines, just come to the conference and register on-site. (Note: the on-site registration fees are $995 for Business/Government; $545 for Academic; and $295 for Students. Save money by taking advantage of early pre-registration!)

SECURITY INFORMATION
Due to increased security measures badges must be displayed at all times while attending the conference. Badges will be provided at registration. Please be prepared to show a photo ID.
