Online Registration Instructions
The online registration system has a number of features
that we hope you will find helpful. Those features include:
- The ability to connect directly to hotel reservations at the end of your registration
- The ability to log back into the system to review or modify your registration and hotel
- Separate meal selections for each guest
Take advantage of registering online for prompt confirmation reply and
payment processes. At the end of the registration, you will be prompted
to book your hotel room by choosing the My Travel tab that will appear.
Please note the following before starting the
registration process:
- Online registrations must be paid in full by credit card or Purchase
Order. SAS Global Forum is currently accepting only the following credit cards: American
Express, MasterCard, VISA, Discover/NOVUS and Diners Club.
Make sure the billing address on the payment screen reflects the address on your credit card statement.
If all your credit
card information is correct, your card will be charged for your
registration fees immediately upon hitting "Submit" on the payment page.
- Global Forum attendees are eligible for a 20% discount on Pre-conference
SAS Education Courses and Certification Testing. In order to receive this
discount, attendees must select SAS training and exam options when registering
here, or register via
SAS Training pages and enter "SGF20" discount code in the Comments section of the registration form.
- If you are paying by Purchase Order, you must fax the Purchase
Order to SAS Global Forum upon completion of your registration. Fax it to: 919.677.7844.
- If you are registering as a student, you must fax a copy of your student
id or other proof of your student status to 919.677.7844 upon completion of your
registration.
- If you are registering as part of a team, you MUST follow the instructions provided by your team
contact.
- Please remember all registration fees must be paid in full prior to the start of
the conference.
- Required fields are marked with an asterisk.
- Conference Plus registrants: Please note the type and time of the Pre-conference Seminar or Statistical Tutorial that you wish to include with your registration before proceeding.
Guests
The fee for each registered guest is $100.
You are free to register as many guests as you would like for SAS Global
Forum 2009. All guests must have a badge in order to attend the conference
Opening Session and conference receptions on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday's Kick Back Party. Guests cannot attend any paper presentations or enter the SAS Demo
Room (except during the Monday evening mixer).
Every guest that you register will receive a badge which will be their "ticket" to get
into the designated events, it also includes a complete SAS Global Forum 2009 Souvenir Packet, containing
conference giveaways and drink tickets valid for conference receptions.

Important Dates
- Early registration ends February 16, 2009. You can save substantially off the registration fees by taking advantage of
the early registration discount.
- Pre-registration ends March 16, 2009. If you miss all the deadlines, just come to the conference and register on-site.
(Note: the on-site registration fees are $950 for Business/Government; $525 for Academic; and $275 for Students. Save
money by taking advantage of early pre-registration!)

SECURITY INFORMATION

conference. Badges will be provided at registration. Please be prepared to show a photo ID.
