Introduction

This chapter describes features of the SAS System under UNIX that have been implemented or changed since Release 6.12.

Features described here are either unique to UNIX environments or are implemented differently under UNIX than in other operating environments. For detailed information about any of these new or enhanced features, see SAS Companion for UNIX Environments or the SAS System Help.
