Direct Access to a Multidimensional Data Provider

You can now access the Distributed Multidimensional Metadata facility to define data groups and servers. To invoke the Distributed Multidimensional Metadata facility, invoke SAS/EIS software and double-click Metabase in the EIS Main Menu. When the Metabase window appears, select

Edit Distributed Multidimensional Metadata
. You can also type the MDMDDB command on a SAS command line.
