Description	The Proper (Address) case definition propercases addresses.

Remarks	The Proper (Address) case definition is now deprecated. The Proper (Address) case definition should be replaced by the Address (v24) standardization definition. This change will require you to update any jobs using the Proper (Address) case definition to use the Address (v24) standardization definition.
