Add a User to the PM Group in UNIX

To add a user to the PM Group in the UNIX operating system of the server machine that hosts your Metadata Repository:

1. Open the file /ect/group.

2. Add an entry for the PM Users where 200 is an unused group ID:
   
   pmusers::200:<userid1>,<userid2>,...

3. Save the file and exit the editor.
