Filter Data

To filter data in SAS Web Report Studio:

1. Right-click the numeric columns in a report and select Filter and Rank from the drop-down menu.

   

   The Filter and Rank dialog opens.

2. Select REPORTHIERARCHYSet to filter the report by its rows and click Filter.
   
   
   
   
3. Select the values to include in the report, and then click OK.
   
   
   
    

Clear the filter by doing the following:

1. Right-click the numeric columns in the report and select Filter and
   Rank from the drop-down menu.

2. Select REPORTHIERARCHYSet.

3. Select No Filter (show all values).

4. Click OK.
