Preview Data for a Report Hierarchy and Report Layout

To view the column layout of a report hierarchy table or report layout table and to preview the first 1,000 rows of either table:

1. Activate the Reports workspace.
2. Click the Report Layouts tab.
3. Select a report hierarchy or a report layout.
4. Click Preview data.
   
   The Preview Data window opens.
   
   
5. Click the Table Columns tab to view the column layout.
6. Click the Table Data tab to view the first 1,000 rows of the table.
