Work Table Reader Node

The Work Table Reader node specifies a work table as an input in a data job. The properties dialog for this node includes the following elements:

Name - Specifies a name for the node.

Notes - Enables you to open the Notes dialog. You use the dialog to enter optional details or any other relevant information for the input.

Work table name - Specifies the name for the work table.

Fields - Enables you to add fields to the work table. Specify the following elements for each field:

• Field Name
• Field Type (Integer, String, Boolean, Date, or Real)
• Field Length

Note that you can add and remove fields and move fields up or down in the list.

Import - Enables you to import existing field layouts.

Export - Enables you to export your list of fields as a field layout.

You can access the following advanced properties by right-clicking the Work Table Reader node:
