These default options apply to Quality Knowledge Bases.
The Quality Knowledge Base locales - Lists the description of the locales and whether they are selected.
Select/unselect all - Specifies whether to select or unselect all of the locales. The default is not checked.
Default locale - Specifies the default locale.
Note: To change the default locale, you must select the new Quality Knowledge Base locale and reload it from the Tools menu. For information, see Selecting and Reloading Quality Knowledge Bases.
