This Help file contains information about troubleshooting in the Address Verification (US/Canada) node.
Here are a few things you can do to try to increase Address Verification performance:
The following errors appear when you select an unlicensed component for address verification:
Error Message | Description |
---|---|
11 | DPV product is locked. |
12 | RDI product is locked. |
13 | LACSLink product is locked. |
To generate Form 3553, you must have DPV and LACS processing enabled. DPV and LACS processing can be enabled for this node using the options on this dialog, or globally via the DataFlux Data Management Studio Options menu item. Continue anyway?
Beginning in Summer 2007, the USPS requires DPV and LACS processing for all CASS certification processes. To enable DPV and LACS from the main menu, click Tools > Options and select Step Specific. Select Enable DPV and Enable LACS.
