Localization : Function Descriptions
Descriptions of each localization function follow.
Each description includes a synopsis, description, discussions of return values
and portability issues, and an example. Also, errors, cautions, diagnostics,
implementation details, and usage notes are included if appropriate. None
of the localization functions is supported by traditional UNIX C compilers.
