SAS In-Memory Statistics Server includes a SAS/ACCESS engine for use with the Hadoop appliance.
SAS LASR Analytic Server (Non-distributed Mode) is optional in SAS In-Memory Statistics for Hadoop Server.
SAS In-Memory Statistics Server incudes SAS Text Analytics for English and a language of choice.
Use of a colocated Hadoop File System (HDFS) is optional, but it requires a supported Hadoop environment and SAS Plug-ins for Hadoop (which are included with your license). The plug-ins require additional configuration.
