SAS Add-In for Microsoft Office

The chapter for the SAS Add-In for Microsoft Office now addresses the following administrative topics:
  • Migrate SAS content between releases, either automatically, or using a migration wizard.
  • Maintain multiple versions of the SAS Add-in on a single host. You select the release that you want to run by selecting a utility.
  • Administer the use of SAS content in Outlook instant messages.
  • Use a SAS grid for parallel processing.
  • Use capabilities to confgure access to SAS comments, dashboards, and OLAP cubes in Outlook.
  • Set options to govern refresh rates for SAS functionality in Outlook.
  • Roles and capabilities have been added and changed.

SAS Enterprise Guide

The chapter for SAS Enterprise Guide now addresses the following administrative topics:
  • The SAS Enterprise Guide chapter now documents all of the administrative tasks that are performed with SAS Enterprise Guide Explorer. Included are all tasks that apply to the use of local repositories, when you are not using a SAS Metadata Server. This chapter now supersedes and replaces the document Administering SAS Enterprise Guide.
  • Roles and capabilities have been added and changed.

SAS Data Integration Studio

The SAS Data Integration Studio chapter now documents administrative tasks associated with the DataFlux Data Management Platform. The chapter now includes updates to the data quality configuration topics.

SAS Enterprise Miner

The technical content in the SAS Enterprise Miner chapter is now provided in the document SAS Enterprise Miner: Administration and Configuration.
