Understanding Technical Support Numbers

Each installation of SAS has a unique Technical Support number. The format of a Technical Support Number is TSxMy. Examples of Technical Support numbers include TS1M0 (for the initial release of SAS 9.2) and TS2M3 (for the third maintenance release for SAS 9.2).
To determine which SAS release you are running at your site, open SAS and review the information at the top of the log when SAS starts. You can also view the version number by selecting Helpthen selectHelp about SAS.
Note: In SAS documentation or on SAS Web sites, you might see TS2Mx. This product number is a generic reference to all maintenance releases for SAS 9.2.
