SAS Enterprise GRC 5.1_M5

SAS shipped the fifth maintenance release for SAS Enterprise GRC 5.1 in November 2013.
This maintenance release has added several new features, which include, but are not limited to the following:
  • You can now turn off the customizable workflow and revert to legacy behavior for objects related to risk management (risks, controls, and potential impacts).
  • You can now turn off the customizable incident management workflow and revert to the legacy behavior for incident management objects. (Turning off this option also disables workflow for any incident-related objects such as financial effects, allocations, and so on.)
  • The Workflows data loader can now be used to delete or stop workflows.
  • Risk assessments can now be saved as drafts.
  • Form-based assessments can now accept free-form text entries for assessment measures.
  • Returned or rejected assessments now appear in the task list for assessors.
  • A new information map has been added for cause instances.
  • All information maps have been updated to correct the assessment trend when there are multiple scores for the same measure and question within a given assessment. The last score per measure per assessment is used in the trend calculation.
  • Insurance policies can now use the Custom Page Builder functionality.
  • Capabilities have been enhanced to allow for improved security and flexibility.
  • Action plans can now be reopened after they have been approved.
  • SAS Enterprise now supports the use of Oracle Real Application Clusters.
