Determining Your Upgrade Path for SAS BI Dashboard

Use the following table to determine the upgrade path for your site:

4.2 3.1 any previous release	4.31 4.31_M1 4.31_M2	Before you upgrade, review Overview of SAS BI Dashboard 4.3 and 4.31 and Upgrading from SAS BI Dashboard 4.2 or a Previous Release, and SAS BI Dashboard 4.31_M1(if relevant), SAS BI Dashboard 4.31_M2(if relevant). You must upgrade to SAS 9.3 in order to upgrade to the latest release of SAS BI Dashboard 4.31. When you upgrade to SAS 9.3, you can migrate, or you can create a new deployment. For more information, see the SAS 9.3 Intelligence Platform: Migration Guide (if you are migrating to the new release) or the SAS 9.3 Intelligence Platform: Installation and Configuration Guide (if you are creating a new deployment).
