The basic edition of
SAS Studio is delivered with Base SAS and runs on UNIX operating environments.
This edition includes the SAS Web Application Server and the SAS Object
Spawner. Any user who has an operating system account on the UNIX
machine can log on through a web browser over the network.
In the basic edition,
the directory path for
My Folders is your
home directory on the remote SAS server. In the user interface, the
folder list also includes the root folder of the UNIX file system
on the remote SAS server.
