Application Server Options Dialog Box

Use this dialog box to enter the SAP application server host name and system number to use to connect to the SAP system when you select the Application Server connection type in the Connection Properties window.
The dialog box contains these items.
Application Server Host
lets you specify the IP address or host name of the machine where the SAP application server is running. For example, if the SAP application server is running on a machine with the name hs0311, enter that name in this field.
Note: If a router is associated with the SAP application server host, you must enter the router string before the SAP application server name. For example, if the router string is /H/sapgate1/S/3297/H and the application server is hs0311, you must enter /H/sapgate1/S/3297/H/hs0311.
System Number
lets you specify the two-byte code that identifies the SAP system on the host machine. This number specifies the SAP system that you want to access when more than one SAP system resides on the same host. For example, the system number might be 01 or 05.
