To hide a column in
a table, right-click any cell in the column that you want to hide
and then select Hide from the menu.
To show a hidden column
in a table, click the Show button. The Column
Visibility window appears. All of the columns in the
table are listed. Check the box to the left of the column name to
show the column in the table. Boxes that are not checked cause the
columns to be hidden when you view the table.
You can also hide multiple
columns by using CRTL-CLICK or SHIFT-CLICK to select the columns,
and then clicking the Hide button to hide
the columns.
