The GEE procedure supports the ESTIMATE, LSMEANS, and OUTPUT statements.
The DIST=MULTINOMIAL option in the MODEL statement enables you to specify the multinomial distribution for polytomous responses. Responses that follow a multinomial distribution can be treated as either nominal or ordinal data.
The LOGOR= option in the REPEATED statement enables you to perform alternating logistic regression (ALR) analysis for ordinal and binary data.
