The CEILADJDESIGN=INCLUDE suboption of the MODEL= option in the SAMPLESIZE statement creates a ceiling-adjusted design that
corresponds to integer-valued sample sizes at the stages for nonsurvival data, and to integer-valued times or sample sizes
at the stages for survival data.
