SPQL enables you to
write application programs that can connect to and access Scalable
Performance Data Server (SPD Server) hosts using the SQL language.
SPQL is based on connections, allowing you to submit SQL statements
to one or more SPD Server SQL servers that execute SQL statements
on your behalf.
