The SETS
rowset returns metadata about the sets that are available on each
schema or catalog that can be accessed by the provider. Each row in
the SETS schema rowset corresponds to one set that is available in
the provider. The default sort order is CATALOG_NAME, SCHEMA_NAME,
CUBE_NAME, SET_NAME.
