To retire a project,
follow these steps:

Select the project in
the Project Tree.

Click the
State property, and select
Retired.
Note: The
State property is not set to
Retired when you
sign off on the milestone action
RetireChampion in the life cycle for the version. You must set the state for the
project manually.
