The destination of your output depends on
There are several ways to route SAS output to a destination other than the default destination. You can route the output to your personal computer, to an external file, or directly to a printer. If you use ODS, you can route output to a data set for most procedures.

The following table shows the default destination of SAS output for each method of operation.
