Menu Bar

The menu bar is the area at the top of a window that offers commands or options available in that window. On many SAS/LAB windows, for example, the menu bar is

When a menu bar item is selected, a pull-down menu appears. The pull-down menu shows the options available from that item. A selection is made from the pull-down menu by placing the cursor on the line containing the desired action, and either pressing <Enter> or clicking the mouse button (if appropriate).
