ITRM Report Center is a web application that enables
users to view, organize, filter, and share SAS IT Resource Management
performance and exception reports. From the workspace bar, you can
access the
Home,
Gallery,
Resource,
and
Administration workspaces.
The following list briefly
describes the four workspaces and the general functions that ITRM
Report Center provides. (The
Home,
Gallery,
Resource,
and
Administration workspaces are described
in more detail in the
SAS IT Resource Management 3.5: Report
Center Guide.)

The
Home workspace
consists of three main sections:
Watch List,
Alerts,
and
Recent Work.
The
Home workspace
enables you to access your personal watch lists, alerts, and recent
work. This workspace is accessible by all users. For more information,
see Chapter 2, “Overview of the Home Workspace,” in
the
SAS IT Resource Management 3.5: Report Center Guide.

The
Gallery workspace
enables you to access folders, galleries, and albums that are used
to organize and share SAS IT Resource Management reports. This workspace
is accessible by all users. For more information, see Chapter 3, “Overview

The
Resource workspace
enables you to view SAS IT Resource Management reports from a hierarchical
perspective for each resource in ITRM Report Center. This workspace
is accessible only by users who are members of groups that are members
in the IT Resource Management: User role or the IT Resource Management

The following display shows the
Administration workspace.
This workspace provides an administrator with these capabilities:

viewing the folders in the SAS
Content Server and creating (or deleting) locations where reports
are stored

assigning those locations for users’
reports in the SAS Content Server

is accessible by users who are members of the IT Resource Management
Administrators group.
