Tip
This topic pertains only to
reports that were created in SAS IT Resource Management 3.2 and migrated
to SAS IT Resource Management 3.3. It does not apply to reports that
are created in SAS IT Resource Management 3.3.
To correct this problem,
make sure that the user has permission to access the metadata server,
the SAS Content Server, and the Gallery Manager. If the user’s
password was recently changed, then the report job might need to be
redeployed.
For
information about how to specify a user ID and password, see Invalid User ID and Password Embedded in Generated Code of Report Jobs.
Note: To verify that your user
ID and password enable you to access the SAS Metadata Server, run
the METAOPERATE Procedure, specifying the
ACTION=Status
argument.
(For more information about this procedure, see
SAS Language Interfaces to Metadata.)
