How to Refresh the Cache for Gallery Manager Reports

Gallery Manager maintains an internal index or cache of the SAS IT Resource Management reports that are stored on the SAS Content Server. Refreshing the cache might resolve issues with reports not appearing in the SAS Content Server. For example, if you remove reports manually from the SAS Content Server, you need to refresh the cache.
CAUTION:
Refreshing the cache should be done only with the approval of an ITRM administrator.
Refreshing the cache affects everyone using Gallery Manager. Make sure that this command is invoked when users are not logged on to Gallery Manager.
You can refresh the cache for the Gallery Manager reports in two ways.
  • Restart the Gallery Manager service.
  • Enter http://<YourMiddle-TierName>:<port number>/ITRMGalleryManager/WebdavUpdate.do?job=job1&status=COMPLETED in the address field of your Web browser and press ENTER.
