Preparing MXG Data for SAS IT Resource Management

MXG supports the following data sources:

  • ASG TMONDB2
  • BMC Mainview IMS
  • CA TMS
  • DT Perf Sentry with MXG
  • IBM DCOLLECT
  • IBM EREP
  • IBM SMF
  • IBM TPF
  • IBM VMMON

Extracting Data from MXG

MXG creates SAS data sets for each of the data sources that it supports. These data sets can be accessed directly by the adapter staging code.
