monitor, you can right-click on a job, rank, or node and select
Execute
Commands. This provides a convenient mechanism for running
UNIX commands such as listing directories or copying files. You can
also invoke commands like
hadoop fs -ls /hps,
if your user ID is configured to access Hadoop on the cluster.
