You must have permission to create the SAS_PUT( ) function
and formats, and tables in the Netezza database. You must also have
permission to execute the SAS_COMPILEUDF, SAS_DIRECTORYUDF, and SAS_HEXTOTEXTUDF
functions in either the SASLIB database or the database specified
in lieu of SASLIB where these functions are published.
Without these permissions,
the publishing of the SAS_PUT( ) function and formats fails.
To obtain these permissions, contact your database administrator.
