If variables are selected in a data table when you select →, then the polygon plot dialog box does not appear. The first selected interval variable is used for the X variable; the second is used for the Y variable. Any interval variables after the second variable are ignored. Any nominal variables are assigned the ID role in the order in which they were selected.
Variables with a Frequency or Weight role are ignored when you are creating polygon plots.
