Specify Properties for the Table Viewer and Color-Mapped Table Viewer

To specify the properties for a table viewer or a color-mapped table viewer:
  1. On the menu bar for the viewer, click Properties.
  2. In the Properties dialog box, specify the following options:
    Maximum rows to display
    specifies the maximum number of rows that can be displayed at one time. Enter a number, or select All rows from the drop-down list.
    The default value is 20.
    Maximum columns to display
    specifies the maximum number of columns that can be displayed at one time. Enter a number, or select All columns from the drop-down list.
    The default value is 5.
    Row Heading Color
    specifies the background color for the row headings. Click the drop-down list to open the color palette, and then select a color. Click Automatic from the color palette to restore the default color.
    Column Heading Color
    specifies the background color for the column headings. Click the drop-down list to open the color palette, and then select a color. Click Automatic from the color palette to restore the default color.
    Measure Heading Color (OLAP data only)
    specifies the background color for the measure headings. Click the drop-down list to open the color palette, and then select a color. Click Automatic from the color palette to restore the default color.
    Gradient Colors (OLAP data only)
    specifies whether to shade each hierarchy level to indicate its depth; deeper levels are represented by darker shades.
  3. When you have finished specifying the properties, click OK to return to the main Visual Data Explorer page.
