Organizing Bookmarks

Reorder Bookmarks

To change the order of the bookmarks in the Bookmarks panel:
  1. Select Viewthen selectOrganize Bookmarks on the main menu bar, or click Organize Bookmarks in the Bookmarks panel.
  2. In the Organize Bookmarks dialog box, select a bookmark that you want to reorder from the Bookmarks pane. You can select multiple bookmarks by using the SHIFT or CTRL keys.
  3. Click up arrow to move the bookmark upward, or click down arrow to move the bookmark downward.
  4. When you have finished reordering your bookmarks, click Close to return to the main Visual Data Explorer page.

Delete a Bookmark

To delete a bookmark:
  1. Select Viewthen selectOrganize Bookmarks on the main menu bar, or click Organize Bookmarks in the Bookmarks panel.
  2. In the Organize Bookmarks dialog box, select the bookmarks that you want to delete from the Bookmarks pane. You can select multiple bookmarks by using the SHIFT or CTRL keys.
  3. Click X button , and then click OK in the confirmation dialog box.
  4. Click Close to return to the main Visual Data Explorer page.

Change Properties for a Bookmark

To change properties for a bookmark:
  1. Select Viewthen selectOrganize Bookmarks on the main menu bar, or click Organize Bookmarks in the Bookmarks panel.
  2. In the Organize Bookmarks dialog box, select the bookmark whose properties you want to change from the Bookmarks pane.
  3. Change the values for the following fields, as appropriate:
    Name
    specifies the name for the bookmark.
    Description
    specifies a description for the bookmark.
    Default bookmark
    specifies whether this bookmark is the default bookmark for its data exploration. Select Make this bookmark the default bookmark.
  4. Click Apply Changes, and then click Close to return to the main Visual Data Explorer page.
