WCOPY is intended to be used with the toolbar commands. When you enter the WCOPY command
and the active window is a text window,
the active window's menu is searched for a COPY item. If there is a COPY item, the
marked contents is copied to the Windows clipboard. If there is no COPY item, WCOPY
executes the STORE command.
