| SAS Macro Facility under Windows |
In general, the SAS macro language is portable across operating environments.
This section discusses those components of the macro facility that have system
dependencies. For more information, see the
SAS Macro Language: Reference and
SAS Language Reference: Dictionary.
Note: The words CON, NUL, PRN, COM1 through COM9, and
LPT1 through LPT9 are reserved words under Windows. Do not use these reserved
