In situations
where unexpected return codes are returned from Windows, the Windows
error number is written to the SAS log. If you have access to Windows
programming manuals or Windows user documentation, you can look up
the error number to determine the cause of the error. Alternatively,
you can report the error number to your SAS Installation Representative.
